UK - All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 hours tracked2post, and should be with you within 2 to 3 working days (this could be up to 7 days) from when dispatched.

If you need an item for a special occasion, or in a specific time frame, please ensure you order in plenty of time, or get in contact with me before ordering. Once posted, delivery is in the hands of Royal Mail postal services.

If something’s not quite right with your order, please get in contact with me to see if I can fix the issue. I am a one-woman small business, and love my little shop deeply. I've been running since 2019, and completed many orders with minimal problems, but occasionally things go wrong. I try my best to inspect every product I create, and post out, but sometimes something will slip past, or the delivery services will get something wrong.
