Nursing in anyway can bring a lot of stress and often on my days off I used to lay I bed for ages just playing on my phone or watching TV and eating not so good food. I use to think it was okay because it had been so stressful at work but it’s kinda the opposite. I realised it was making me feel so rubbish and that I should be treating myself to other positive things instead.
